With over two decades of Management AND hands-on experience in the construction industry, Josh has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, cost-effective projects through expert project management, precise estimating, and strong subcontractor relationships. Elevation Builders LLC excels in light gauge metal framing, large-scale wood framing, Siding Installation and full-service general contracting for commercial Projects.

Prior to founding and leading Elevation Builders, Josh held key leadership roles with prominent regional contractors, including senior project management positions at BBL Construction Services, LeChase Construction Services, and Luizzi Construction Services. His background encompasses the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction estimating, RFQ processes, and bid reviews to strategic buyouts, subcontractor negotiations, purchasing, and on-site execution.

Josh is known for his thoughtful problem-solving, commitment to design intent and quality outcomes, and ability to forge strong partnerships with architects, owners, and trade partners.
